Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children

Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children is a community collaborative .  Directed by a nine member Advisory Board and the guidance of our fiscal sponsor the Center for Human Services.  This collaborative designs and manages all the activities of the Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children and it’s Family Resource Center.  All members of our community are invited to participate, where everyone has an equal voice.
