A Community Collaborative

The Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children is a collaborative made up of community volunteers.  Directed by a nine member Advisory Board and the guidance of our fiscal sponsor the Center for Human Services.  This collaborative designs and manages all the activities of the Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children and it’s Family Resource Center.  All members of our community are invited to participate, where everyone has an equal voice.

Vision & Purpose Statement

The Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children has a vision of improved health and quality of life for young children and families.  We desire to see our children well, safe, educated, and prepared to live responsible and with sufficiency in today’s society.

Ultimately, the purpose of the Ceres Partnership for Healthy Children is to support and empower families to be responsible for meeting the needs of children by applying the collective energy, talent and ideas of community, neighbors and extended family and friends.
