Community Programs

The Neighbor-to-Neighbor program is a community-building program in which residents work together to improve their neighborhoods.  Our Neighborhood Outreach Workers assist interested families who join together with their neighbors to find ways to improve their neighborhood.  Neighborhood groups talk about their concerns, develop strategies and procedures to address those concerns, thus increasing the health and safety of the children who live there.  Such concerns often include; traffic safety, neighborhood clean-ups, street lights, sidewalks, and street improvement.
